On-site - Taguig 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of payroll accounts and resolution of payroll discrepancies
  • Preparation of payroll payout voucher
  • Preparation of related payroll accounting reports
  • Review and verification of payout schedules, deductions, and payroll taxes
  • Close coordination with HR department for payroll related matters
  • Assistance and addressing employee payroll inquiries
  • Safekeeping of confidential payroll information

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • With at least 2-3 years of work experience in Accounting or FP&A
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles
  • Proficient in spreadsheet applications and accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to collaborate with team members across departments
