Job Title: Payroll Analyst Location: Mexico (preferred) or Brazil (remote/hybrid depending on candidate location) Compensation: $1,626 USD per month (Independent Contractor) Employment Type: Contractor (6-month initial duration, may be extended) Expected Workweek: 40 hours Job Description: We are seeking a high-level Payroll Analyst (Coordinator level in Brazil) to perform a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities. This role includes processing regular and non-regular payroll, administering time and attendance policies and systems, computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing special payment requests and paycheck advances, and managing terminations. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Mexican payroll (minimum 500 employees in high-volume environment) and is comfortable working independently with Excel and payroll systems.
