Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Associate to join our team. If you have experience in payroll processing, employee records management, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
· Maintain payroll records and employee data
· Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs
· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
· Coordinate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters
· Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
· Assist with payroll reporting and audits
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
· 1–3 years of payroll experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
· Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll systems/software
