Job Description
The Payroll Associate is responsible for designing and implementing streamlined payroll processes while maintaining accurate documentation and transaction records. They conduct regular audits, monitor compliance with statutory regulations, and manage payment calendars to ensure timely and accurate payroll operations. The role involves creating custom reports, analyzing large data sets for mandatory and ad hoc reporting, and supporting year-end payroll activities. Additionally, the Payroll Analyst provides backup support to the payroll team, fosters collaboration across departments, and drives continuous improvement in payroll systems and procedures.
