Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Payroll and Perks Manager to lead and manage all payroll and benefits functions across the organization. This is currently a stand alone role responsible for owning the full payroll and benefits process from start to finish for approximately 500 hourly and salaried employees across Canada, with a growing employee population.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately, employees are supported professionally, and all payroll, benefits, and compliance obligations are managed effectively. The role will also oversee U.S. payroll operations currently processed through a third party provider on a weekly basis.
