Payroll Billing Lead

Position Summary
The Payroll Billing Lead is responsible for overseeing payroll-driven billing operations
across multiple brands within a shared services model. This role ensures invoice accuracy,
timely submission, and alignment between payroll output and client billing requirements.
This is a working leadership role that actively supports complex pay/bill accounts while
serving as the primary escalation point for billing-related matters.Salary- $60K-80K

Key Responsibilities
 Oversee payroll-driven invoice generation across assigned brands and accounts.
 Serve as primary operational owner of billing activities for designated billing-only
brand.
 Review and validate first invoices for new accounts to ensure pricing and setup
accuracy.
 Participate in client implementation and kickoff calls to support billing configuration.
