Job Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as a Payroll Associate Consultant are as follows:
1. Payroll Preparation & Processing
. Independently prepares and validates payroll data for assigned partner groups, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
. Accurately execute payroll inputs including basic pay, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, allowances, bonuses, retroactive adjustments, and off‑cycle payments aligned with Philippine labor standards (e.g., holiday & overtime rules).
. Perform mandatory statutory deductions and contributions
2. Validation, Reconciliation & Compliance
. Conduct variance analysis, validation checks, and reconciliations of payroll components, ensuring compliance with payroll tax and contribution deadlines set by SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, and BIR.
