Mission

Ensure accurate, timely, fully compliant execution of payroll and related processes for employees in Colombia, closely adhering to labor, tax, and social security regulations. Own continuous improvement and digitalization of payroll operations to strengthen efficiency, control, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Execution & Compliance
   • Own end‑to‑end payroll process ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strict compliance with Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
   • Be responsible for statutory payments, mandatory filings, and reporting to government authorities (UGPP, DIAN, MinTrabajo, etc.).
   • Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
   • Handle sophisticated payroll scenarios including salary integral, variable compensation, expatriates, and special agreements.
