Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

+ Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with government regulations as a Payroll Coordinator

+ Manage and oversee the processing of multiple weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, ensuring full compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and contractual obligations

+ Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing while strictly adhering to all relevant federal and state regulations

+ Conduct thorough analysis of payroll issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy as a Payroll Coordinator

+ Collaborate effectively with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain system integrity and ensure compliance during payroll setup and updates

+ Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to team members, facilitating local training sessions as needed to enhance team skills and knowledge
