What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate payments for personnel including benefits.
  • Coordinate payments to comply with taxes and other governmental aspects.
  • Attend internal or external audits and government requirements.
  • Implement necessary controls and processes to meet all legal requirements as well as ensure correct payment to all employees.
Essential Functions
  • Coordinate and verify supervisors report´s for hourly payment.
  • Coordinate and verify accurate salary payment.
  • Maintain current information for necessary reports.
  • Prepare information for finance department.
  • Prepare information to comply with social insurance.
  • Prepare payment for taxes.
  • Prepare information for employees (records, taxes).
