Job Overview

Executive Benefits & EOR Services
to manage employee documentation, payroll coordination, compliance processes, and client support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
HR operations, payroll handling, and compliance management
, along with excellent coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare employee letters, contracts, ID cards, and maintain personnel files
Support payroll invoice preparation and reconciliation
Coordinate salary disbursement with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams
Respond to client and employee queries related to payroll, compliance, and benefits
Manage verification requests including employment letters, pay slips, and confirmations
Provide frontline support to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Prepare data for statutory registrations and compliance reporting
