The Role
This is an operational role with a client-facing layer as part of our Payroll Operations team. You'll own a portfolio of clients end-to-end: running their monthly payroll cycle, managing tax and Social Security filings, handling employee changes, and being the person they trust to keep everything on track. You'll also be a key voice internally — flagging what's broken, what slows things down, and what clients actually need from the product.
