Job Summary

As the Payroll Lead, you will aid in our full cycle payroll process with a focus on the US. This role will be responsible for the collection, organization, & maintenance of company hires, beginning with initiating and completing the new hire onboarding workflow. They will be the first and main line of contact with retail stores & corporate employees, managing day‑to‑day payroll inquiries and functions, including processing promotions, terminations, and other personnel changes. This role will lead US bi‑weekly pre & post payroll processing, help maintain various internal and external vendors, auditing, invoice payments, year‑end reporting, year‑end tasks, and special projects. This role will also provide back‑up support for Canadian payroll processing.
