University degree or equivalent experience to perform the position: Certified Public Accountant, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance
Required Language: English
Required Language Level: Intermediate
Knowledge/Skills
Minimum five years of experience working in Payroll Operations.
Proficiency in payroll, Accounting & T&A software.
Knowledge of the elements involved in payroll.
Technical knowledge to determine taxes and social security contributions
Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills; ability to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals across all levels of the organization
