Job Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for a UK-based business. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain compliance, and manage a small payroll team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a UK workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain compliance with UK HMRC requirements including PAYE, NI, and pension auto-enrolment
  • Lead and develop a small payroll team, reviewing their work and providing guidance
  • Resolve payroll queries from employees and managers professionally
  • Produce payroll reports and liaise with finance on payroll reconciliations
