Payroll Officer

Hi! We're Smartsourcing , and were looking for a detail-driven Payroll Officer to support Australian operations full-time and onsite . If you're experienced in end-to-end payroll and passionate about accuracy and compliance, this role is for you.

Your Role as Payroll Officer

As a Payroll Officer, you'll manage end-to-end payroll processing, interpret Australian awards (RIA, HIGA, EBA), validate timesheets and overtime loadings, process terminations and leave payouts, and handle payroll adjustments such as backpays. You'll also coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing & Award Compliance

• Process payroll in accordance with RIA, HIGA, and EBA awards
• Handle payroll for salaried managers across multiple venues
• Process termination payouts in line with legislation and company policy
