Position: Payroll Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HR Admin Officer to join our team. The Payroll & HR Admin Officer will handle end-to-end payroll and employee records. Using QuickBooks, you will process weekly pay runs, ensure compliance with the Australian Hospitality Award, and manage staff HR documentation.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Management : Process payroll from rosters/timesheets in QuickBooks; apply correct pay rates, penalty rates, loadings, and entitlements; prepare superannuation batches (12%) and PAYG reports for approval; generate draft payslips and payroll registers for sign-off; ensure STP (Single Touch Payroll) lodgement each pay cycle.
