Job Summary

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for working with the NA Payroll Manager to process the bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for US and Canadian employees for both the corporate and call center populations (approximately 1,700 employees). This extremely fast paced, time sensitive position must think outside the box to help streamline processes, work to overcome systems issues and limitations, manage priorities and plan time accordingly to meet payroll timelines, while always maintaining accuracy.

The call center payroll comes with many challenges, including multi‑state high turnover environment, large volume of transactions and complex pay calculations. This role helps shape system support to aid in managing these challenges. Under guidance of the Payroll Manager, process the bi-weekly payroll for call center staff.
