Reporting to the Director of Payroll, you will leverage your payroll expertise to manage payroll actions and resolve inquiries. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you'll ensure accuracy in reporting and streamline processes in this essential function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll and review journal entries
• Handle payroll actions for new hires and transfers
• Address inquiries related to payroll and time tracking
• Administer compliance requirements and manage remittances
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in payroll processing experience
• Certification as PayrollOrg FPC or PCP required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with multi-state US payroll is preferred
