Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for employee attendance management and data statistics, and responsible for irregular inspections and supervision of various departments to prevent attendance fraud and cheating; report any problems found to the supervisor in a timely manner, and make corresponding treatments in accordance with company rules.
  • Monthly performance appraisal and performance data collection, assessment process tracking and feedback, etc.
  • Responsible for managing Filipino salary review
  • Responsible for completing the payment of company employee salaries, benefits and rewards to ensure that employee salaries and benefits are paid on time
  • Daily update of statistical tables and OA background to summarize attendance and salary related data
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
  • Responsible for employee salary and benefits consultation
