JOB TITLE: HRBP Associate – Payroll
JOB LEVEL REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Psychology, or any related field
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing (attendance, overtime, deductions)
- Familiarity with government contributions (in the Philippines: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR taxes)
- Experience using Excel or payroll systems
- Attention to detail (very important in payroll)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and administer Compensation and Benefits processes, including payroll processing, company loans, final pay (last pay), internship program support, and incentive structures.
- Operate and maintain payroll systems (e.g., MyHR), ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data despite complex system interfaces and sensitive modules.
