Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle payroll for Canadian and U.S. employees • Oversee payroll tax compliance and year-end reporting • Calculate commissions and bonuses as per agreements • Process travel and expense claims with accuracy • Monitor time and attendance, resolving discrepancies
