Job Description

**JOB DUTIES**:
- Coordinate and execute tasks to complete data entry, data processing and payroll outputs verification on time (aligned to payroll calendar)
- Perform regular audits (and reconciliations) of payroll and employee data
- Administration of payroll outputs
- Support to costumers and stakeholders (employees, supervisors and other functions in Human Resources)
- Maintain our payroll in compliance with federal regulations and obligations in Mexico and Canada countries.
- Manage our payroll vendors to ensure proper support to the payroll function
- Provide support to the leader of the Time and Absence function ensuring the alignment between payroll and time & absence systems in accordance with local laws and company policiesCoordinate our relationship with the Information Systems (IT) function to ensure proper support to our needs.
