Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process employee payroll accurately and on time, including computation of salaries, deductions, overtime, and benefits.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leave credits, and other payroll-related data.
  • Prepare government remittances such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR reports, ensuring timely filing and payment.
  • Generate payroll reports and summaries for management review and auditing purposes.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, and benefits in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments for salary adjustments, new hires, and final pay computations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation, benefits, and statutory requirements.
