Support a dynamic client base as a Payroll Specialist in a hybrid role based in Westmount, Canada. This position requires precision in payroll management and expertise in time-clock systems.
The ideal candidate is a certified payroll professional with a minimum of 5 years in payroll processing, particularly in multi-provincial environments. Bilingual in English and French, you’ll manage payroll cycles, ensure compliance with various regulations, and address client inquiries respectfully. Your analytical skills are key to calculating payroll changes accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end payroll cycles for clients
• Integrate timesheets and handle new-hire data
