This is a Business Partnering role that works closely with the Commercial Lead and all the functions of the country, providing financial insights in key decisions in business within the function while creating actionable strategies to achieve financial business targets with continuous performance monitoring and effective resource allocation. The Finance Head is also responsible for submitting forecasts with proper bias and respecting the business and brand fundamentals. The role reports to the Finance Head of Latin America for Personal Care, is a member of the country Leadership Team and the Finance Latam leadership team, in both cases for the Personal Care BU.
