In this role, you will leverage your commercial underwriting experience to manage and develop broker partnerships for Gore Mutual. Your responsibilities include not only underwriting risks but also providing essential operational support and guidance to Associate Underwriters. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the health of the Commercial P&C Programs portfolio while upholding strong relationships in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite new business, endorsements, and cancellations
• Cultivate and manage relationships with brokers
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff
• Ensure adherence to service level commitments
• Manage bordereau submissions and program entries
Requirements:
• 3+ years of commercial underwriting experience
• University degree or diploma
