Job Summary
PCBA Process Engineer
Knowledge may be required: PCB key process: Pressing, Drilling/Routing, PTH, Inner/Outer DF, Plating, Solder mask printing.
Ability to trouble shoot for failure and root cause analysis, ability for PCB process defective judgement through x-sectioning.
Statistic background and quality tools: Minitab, 6 Sigma for process trouble shooting and optimization.
Intermediate-Advance English
Office skills: data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation package
