- Graduate of any Engineering course
- With at least 3 years working experience as a Supervisor in the Manufacturing Industry
- With knowledge on item transfer management and unit cost analysis
Responsibilities
- Creates ideal Item Transfer Plan and Procedure based on the company's midterm policy & conceptualizes how to achieve such by managing the creation & revision of the Item Transfer Roadmap.
- Conducts cost analysis to define the department's midterm direction by creating a roadmap in order to guarantee positive PL for the next 5 years.
- Ensures the creation, proposes & secures approval of annual budget for operation cost reduction & necessary expenses.
- Sets milestones and confirms that set 'to-do's' are in place, appropriate & are being executed properly in order to achieve the department's annual targets.
