You'll partner with our Principal PM to examine Alfie’s conversational data, guiding users efficiently. This role offers the chance to optimize AI behavior and enhance user engagement. Additionally, you'll assist with Athena, focusing on user research and defining requirements for an internal AI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate real-time Alfie conversations for engagement patterns
