**Description**
**Job Purpose:** The clinical manager is responsible for organizing and directing the daily operations of the Pediatric Skilled Nursing program, including supervising the clinical professional and non-licensed staff, providing mentorship and guidance, and developing and maintaining program policies and procedures to preserve quality, integrity, and optimal functioning of the program.
