Qualifications, Education and Skills
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Desired
- Current CPSBC License – Provisional
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) – Mandatory
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) – Mandatory
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PAL) – Desired

- $35,798.40 Retention Flat Fee
- 23.10% Retention Premium
