Administration & Payroll Specialist:
Provide transactional and administrative services related to in scope processes (e.g. personnel & payroll data, benefits administration, talent administration) including mass transaction updates.
Your role:
Processing changes in employee status, cost center changes, pay, etc.
Performing standard HR Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy and service levels requirements.
Approving, rejecting, re-submitting or escalating transactions based on policies and guidelines
Responding to external/internal requests for information.
Supporting delivery of reports within scope.
Filing employee-related documentation and maintaining employee files and records.
