About the Role

This role focuses on maintaining HRIS and data management, providing people analytics and reporting, assisting in compensation and benefits administration, and supporting HR operations.


Responsibilities:

HRIS & Data Management

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee records in the HR system
  • Manage employee data updates, movements, and documentation
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and proper filing of HR records


People Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate and analyze HR reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.)
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management
