Responsibilities:
HRIS & Data Management
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee records in the HR system
- Manage employee data updates, movements, and documentation
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and proper filing of HR records
People Analytics & Reporting
- Generate and analyze HR reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.)
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management
