Details: The People Analytics Specialist will leverage data insights to optimize Talent Acquisition strategies and HR processes. The role involves generating actionable reports and collaborating with stakeholders to improve recruitment efficiency and HR effectiveness.Requires working knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
