Responsibilites:

  • Full-cycle recruitment
  • Coordinate onboarding and training
  • Provide high quality HR advice and service to operations team on a regular basis with respect to employee relations and performance management issues
  • Provide expertise in the following areas: high volume recruitment, data analysis, employee relations, employee engagement, health & safety
  • Generate reports as needed
  • Continuously review and improve processes
  • Share HR best practices with colleagues and mentor to bolster succession plan
  • Work with local People and Culture team, and other key business functions to support operations and advance the P&C mandate
  • As part of overarching retention and succession planning, provide guidance to EEs regarding career development within the company whether through submissions to the Career Coach or via site visits
