Role: People & Culture Officer


Work Set Up: Hybrid - 3x a week onsite in Makati Office


Role Purpose


To strengthen employee experience and client alignment by embedding People & Culture within the Client Success function. The role supports end-to-end employee lifecycle needs of assigned accounts while ensuring consistent, fair, and policy-aligned people practices.


Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate closely with the Client Success Lead to align messaging for employees and clients, while consulting with the HR Delivery Manager (Business Services) to ensure compliance with Philippine labor law requirements.

  • Support employee relations, performance conversations, and culture initiatives for assigned teams.
