The People Experience & Operations Sr. Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless, compliant, and engaging employee experience across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding. This role independently manages core HR operations, systems, and processes while partnering closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support business goals.

With a strong focus on digital employee experience and operational excellence, this role drives continuous improvement across HR services, ensures data integrity, and upholds labor law compliance. The position plays a critical role in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered.
