About the Role

We’re looking for a People & Operations Specialist who can support both people operations and day-to-day business operations in a structured, fast-moving remote environment.

This role goes beyond traditional HR support. You will:

• support hiring and onboarding
• maintain operational structure and reporting
• track performance and identify gaps
• follow up with managers and ensure accountability
