Job Description
Support the People Pillar Manager in delivering human capital transformation initiatives within the HR Transformation Program. Responsible for managing day-to-day execution, stakeholder coordination, and tracking of initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with Transformation Management Office (TMO) governance.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Operational Support & Coordination
- Support project planning activities and maintain updated project schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, ensuring agendas, materials, and minutes are prepared.
- Maintain initiative trackers, action logs, and TMO documentation.
Data & Reporting
- Assist in collecting and consolidating data for KPIs, dashboards, and progress updates.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for the People Pillar Lead, TMO, and Steering Committee.
