Responsibilities – Performance Excellence Lead

• Oversee day-to-day performance initiatives, ensuring the team hits targets and maintains the highest standards of operational excellence.
• Take point on client onboarding, managing the 'nuts and bolts' of new account transitions to ensure a flawless start.
• Work side‑by‑side with cross‑functional departments to hunt down inefficiencies and roll out smarter ways of working.
• Own the reporting. Analyze performance trends and present 'ah-ha!' insights into leadership.
• Coaches the team, providing upskilling and maintaining the # spirit high.
• Help refine best practices and ensure everything we do is compliant and top tier.
