Position Overview

The Manager, Customer Safety Trainer is primarily responsible for recruiting, coaching and supervising field safety trainers to ensure optimal productivity, and for growing safety training revenue and operating margins for their assigned coverage areas in line with the Strategic Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Management Responsibilities:
    • Coach Safety Trainers to optimize productivity and maximize class sizes, obtaining lists, and scheduling classes to minimize downtime and achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets, using reports, analytics, and observations to identify opportunities.
    • Ensure trainers comply with SOPs, policies and procedures (e.g., invoicing customers, storing student documents).
    • Monitor trainer training schedules in the LMS to maintain a minimum 3‑month rolling schedule of sessions; audit paperwork for accuracy and proper storage.
