Performance Manager

We are looking for a Performance Manager to join our Forex business. This role will play a key part in driving performance across multiple departments including Sales, IBs, Operations, and Retention.

Role Description

FP Trading is seeking a Performance Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. The Performance Manager will be responsible for overseeing team performance, analyzing operational metrics, implementing performance improvement strategies, and conducting impactful training sessions. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets and resource allocation, fostering clear communication with team members, and tracking and reporting performance outcomes to ensure operational efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Forex / Financial Services / Sales Operations / Performance roles
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and operational outcomes
