Job Description

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for leading the management, analysis, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with a large, contract‑driven operational environment. The Performance Manager will streamline and formalise processes to improve workflow efficiency, ensure contractual and legal compliance, and support continuous improvement across quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.

Working closely with senior managers, operational teams, and external stakeholders, the role plays a key part in ensuring performance data is accurate, meaningful, and clearly communicated.
