Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis**Performance Marketing &**Data-Driven Decision-Making**- Assist in designing, documenting, and executing performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- In partnership with centralized marketing intelligence team, use and interpret analytics tools to measure the impact of cross-channel initiatives on brand-specific KPIs and refine strategies based on performance insights.
- Leverage performance dashboards to track KPIs, share actionable insights with the broader team, and coordinate the activation and implementation of new performance marketing strategies based on insights- Monitor industry trends and identify new performance opportunities to keep campaigns competitive.
