Overview
LeadAdvisors is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and conversion across the LeadAdvisors brand — Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and landing-page funnels. You own the number: spend efficiency, cost per acquisition, and pipeline contribution. You'll run campaigns end-to-end, report on what's working with hard data, and improve contact rate and conversion month over month. This is a remote, PH-based role working async with a remote-first digital team, reporting directly to the Digital & Marketing Lead.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and run paid media across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for the LeadAdvisors brand — build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns.
  • Manage the monthly paid budget and report spend efficiency weekly — CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC against target.
