Job Description

Requirements

  • Female/Male, max 28 years old
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
  • Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, reporting).
  • Familiar with TikTok Shop ecosystem, including performance ads, affiliate programs, and promotional mechanics.
  • Strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics and basic CRM metrics (retention rate, repeat purchase rate, LTV).
  • Experience reading and analyzing performance data to identify trends and propose optimization ideas.
  • Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Good understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing fundamentals.
