This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client's and/or downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner or NeoLoad
- Perform workload modeling and simulate real-world usage scenarios
- Execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests
- Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance
- Prepare detailed performance test reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with LoadRunner and/or NeoLoad
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, spike, endurance testing)
