Key Responsibilities

• 
  Analyze business and non-functional requirements.
  
• 
  Design and develop performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
  
• 
  Execute load, stress, endurance (soak), spike, and scalability testing.
  
• 
  Monitor CPU, memory, database, network, and application performance.
  
• 
  Identify system bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.
  
• 
  Generate performance reports and recommend optimizations.
  
• 
  Collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps, and QA teams.
  
• 
  Validate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance benchmarks.
  
• 
  Support performance tuning and re-testing activities.
