About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Person in Charge (PIC) to lead and manage a designated boutique nursing home in Cork.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong clinical and operational leadership within the nursing home
Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations, standards, and inspection requirements
Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
Manage staffing, rostering, supervision, and ongoing staff development
Lead on clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement
Act as the main point of contact with HIQA, residents, families, and external stakeholders
